Overview
We take pride in making sure your order gets out quickly. We carefully check every item before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure every item arrives safely. Orders normally ship via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS within 1-3 days when in stock. Some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and can take a little longer. For your convenience, whenever we ship an order, we electronically mail a shipping confirmation notice including the UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number.
Shipping Limitations
- We DO NOT ship to International, PO or APO/FPO addresses for any reason, under any circumstance.
- We DO NOT accommodate a personal pickup of the merchandise.
- Insurance for up to $100 is included for this item. You may wish to purchase additional insurance to guarantee full replacement value above $100 in the event the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- Items with free shipping have a shipping cost imputed in the total cost.
- We DO NOT refund shipping & insurance costs for any reason, under any circumstance.
- We DO NOT Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to items being purchased passes from us to you at the time of shipping. You agree to take on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. We will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. We will not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo or other acts or events outside of our reasonable control.
Shipments other than Ground (Express, Overnight, Second day, Select, etc.)
We DO NOT guarantee that an order received after 12:30PM (CST) will be shipped that same day.
